Sundays

Weekly Liturgy

Liturgy literally means the work of the people—not one person, celebrity, or main character. Our worship is meant to ground us back in the reality of God’s presence among us as a gathered community. Whoever shows up uniquely shapes the space and brings a fuller expression of God into view.

Innovative

We value regular rhythms and rituals combined with varied and fresh practices. Rather than having a 40 minute sermon as the main feature of worship, our liturgy is a combination of various elements in balance. Our practices are participatory, embodied, and designed to help us individually and collectively attune to the Spirit’s movement.

Authentic

Our worship makes space to process communal grief and to cultivate joy. When you show up here, you do not have to suppress your emotions or impress people. The community helps carry faith and joy when we cannot muster it ourselves.

Inclusive

We believe fully that God made us for diverse and inclusive community. Our Sunday worship is a rare opportunity to gather with others and remove the ingrained labels that empire uses to segregate and divide us in our work and learning spaces. Because the body of Christ is a family, our liturgy is a gathering for all people of all ages. That means that your kids are not a nuisance or an obstacle to worship; they are integral to it.

The best way to understand our liturgy is to join us on a Sunday. We believe it will nourish your soul and root you in community with the Spirit.
