Meet Our Team
Lindsay
Lindsay lives passionately and thoughtfully. Whether it’s planning a Holy Week meal, forming spiritual habit groups, coordinating a group workout with friends, or leading a carnival at her kids’ school, she has a big vision for others knowing their worth in the eyes of God and enjoying the communal formation journey to the fullest. She’s an ally to the most vulnerable, a certified spiritual director, and ordained pastor. She knows her dance moves, sings her heart out at karaoke, and loves her Bible—but most of all, she is kind, compassionate, genuine, and called to this work.
“It excites me to make spaces for people to experience God’s presence individually and as a community. That is where the magic happens, where the grief gets held and the joy sustained. That is how we carry on–discerning the Spirit together and following the lead of a deeply loving God.”
Leslie
At the core of all Leslie does is a deep foundation of love and intentionality. An ordained pastor and worship leader, she is a conductor through and through, but not just when she is standing before musicians. Uniquely gifted at bringing people into collaborative spaces, she sees the gifts in each one and imagines how they all work together while guiding the team to make magic happen. A skilled listener, she will take time to hear you dream out loud and then ask thoughtful questions to help you bring a plan into view, all while caring for you as a whole person. Her integrity is rock solid, her heart huge, and her steady presence a force.
“What excites me about ministry is God’s invitation to become aware that everyone and everything matters. Our understanding of God vibrates with life when we hold curiosity for what is possible. If we pay close attention, God has something to teach us at every turn.”
Sally
Ministry is literally in Sally’s blood. As a daughter of missionary parents, Sally has spent a lifetime honing her pastoral gifts. She exemplifies servant leadership in her hospitable care for others, her administrative wizardry teaches us that the smallest details matter deeply, and her understanding of God is grounded in compassion, tenderness, and extravagant love. Sally loves elephants, and like them, she understands the necessity of community. She is an advocate for the LGBTQ community and an ambassador with The Reformation Project, encouraging dialogue and love among parents and their kids.
“The more people I encounter in the world, the more I learn about God. Hearing people’s stories allows me to see Christ in them and how God has already shown up in personal ways. The Spirit is doing something exciting in this moment (as She always does), and it brings me joy to think about exploring liturgy in holistic ways.”

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Alex
Alex loves the Wildrose community and is excited to see it grow and thrive. She is a clinical psychologist, happy spouse to Daniel, and mom to three amazing kids. She enjoys traveling, cooking, staying active, and spending time outdoors. She cares deeply about social justice and the potential of progressive Christian spaces to nurture belonging and healing.
Grant
Grant is excited to be a part of Wildrose Ministries and to grow together with this community! He is a clinical psychologist working with college students and specializing in AD/HD and learning disorders. He is also a parent of two kids, and when he is not spending time with his kids and his spouse, he is probably watching a Cleveland sports team or reading a book.
Iris
Iris spent the majority of her adult years engaged in church planting overseas and is now excited to work together to plant this new Wildrose “garden.” She is an author and parenting coach and is passionate about building relationships and systems that share power rather than hoard it. Mother to two kids and partner to Jason, she enjoys soaking up nature, getting engrossed in a puzzle, book, or movie, and exploring new places, whether in her neighborhood or across the globe.
Mary
Mary is a faculty member at Fuller Seminary in the MA in Justice and Advocacy and MA in Chaplaincy degrees. She provides training nationally and internationally on grief, trauma-informed care, resiliency, chaplaincy, the ministry of presence, and God’s shalom. She has led community development organizations, served as a certified chaplain since 2001, and is ordained with the Wild Fig Network. A lover of cities—particularly Los Angeles, where she calls home—she regularly leads urban immersions and Downtown Los Angeles city walks.
Tariq
Tariq is a committed member of Wildrose Ministries and is grateful for the opportunity to serve the church in this new role. In his free time, he does structural engineering for fun and somehow ended up running his own engineering firm. When he’s not doing that, he enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, and spending time with family and friends.
